Pune : In a recent evaluation conducted under the Chief Minister’s 100-Day Program, various tehsil offices across the Nashik Revenue Division were assessed for their performance, efficiency, and citizen services. Standing tall among them, Jamner Tehsil Office clinched the first rank, earning accolades for its outstanding administrative work and people-centric approach.
The achievement is being widely appreciated at all levels, with the spotlight firmly on Tehsildar Nana Aghale, whose leadership, dedication, and commitment played a pivotal role in this success. The collective efforts of the office staff under his guidance proved instrumental in setting a benchmark for other tehsils in the region.

The honor was formally bestowed upon Tehsildar Nana Aghale by Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule, in the esteemed presence of Divisional Commissioner Pravin Gedam. A certificate of excellence was presented in recognition of the tehsil’s exceptional work and effective public service delivery.
The event was more than just a felicitation—it was a testament to how efficient governance and administrative integrity can lead to transformative outcomes for local communities. The accolade has significantly elevated the stature of the Jamner Tehsil Office within the Nashik division.
This ranking was not achieved overnight. The office has consistently focused on transparency, timely resolution of public issues, digitization of services, and proactive outreach. From land record updates to citizen grievance redressal, the tehsil office has been prompt and people-friendly, ensuring minimal delays and maximum satisfaction.
Speaking to the media after receiving the award, Tehsildar Nana Aghale humbly dedicated the recognition to his entire team. “This honor is not mine alone. It reflects the dedication of every staff member who has worked with sincerity and a service-first mindset. Most importantly, it is the trust of the people that inspires us to do better every day,” he said.
The achievement has made Jamner a model tehsil office for others across Maharashtra. With the growing emphasis on digitization and efficient service delivery in governance, this recognition serves as a blueprint for success for other administrative units.
Citizens too have expressed satisfaction, noting visible improvements in the functioning of the office in recent months. Shorter queues, faster processing times, and accessible staff have all contributed to building public trust and accountability.
With this recognition, expectations from the Jamner Tehsil Office have increased. Tehsildar Aghale emphasized that the journey doesn’t stop here. “We take this as a motivation to continue improving. There is always room to innovate and bring in reforms that will benefit citizens further. Our goal is to ensure that every service, every process becomes simpler, faster, and more transparent,” he added.
The administration is now planning to implement new technology-driven initiatives and further enhance public engagement through regular feedback mechanisms.
