Mont Vert Group Signs $500 Million Deal in Kazakhstan to Build Medical University and Hospital

Pune: Pune-based renowned real estate company Mont Vert Group has signed a major $500 million (approx. ₹4,300 crore) agreement with Big B Corporation in Kazakhstan. As part of this landmark deal, a medical university and a 1,000-bed multispecialty hospital will be developed in Kazakhstan.

The announcement was made during the 30th anniversary celebration of SRAM & MRAM Group, held on Raven’s Ait Private Island in London. The event was attended by several dignitaries, including:

According to a press release by UK-based SRAM & MRAM Group, Mont Vert Group has been entrusted with the construction and development responsibilities of this ambitious healthcare project. The initiative is a joint venture between SRAM & MRAM Group, Big B Corporation, and Kazind Medical Group from Kazakhstan.

The deal was made possible through the collaborative efforts of Ajay Bhandari (Big B Corporation) and Mahendra Joshi (SRAM & MRAM Group), as stated in the release.

Last October, the Government of Kazakhstan approved the allocation of 243 hectares of land in Astana and 100 hectares in Almaty for this project. The facilities will include a medical college with a capacity for 10,000 students and a state-of-the-art 1,000-bed hospital.

Mont Vert Group, known for its quality construction and credibility in Pune, has successfully completed over 6.8 million square feet of residential and commercial developments. The company is led by Chairman Jayantilal Kanaria and Managing Director Neeraj Kanaria, who collectively bring over 30 years of industry experience.
