Pune, February 17, 2026: With Pune’s food service and hospitality sector scaling rapidly across multiple formats, industry stakeholders are placing renewed emphasis on operational discipline, compliance preparedness and sustainable infrastructure.

The one-day programme will focus on three core pillars: Food Safety and Hygiene, Compliance Readiness, and Sustainability in Hospitality Operations.
Sessions will include temperature management practices, refrigeration’s role in food integrity, preventive maintenance systems, kitchen risk controls, grease and wastewater management, and the cost impact of non-compliance. Panel discussions will examine how equipment selection and operating SOPs directly influence safety outcomes.
