MIT Group to Launch 200-Bed ‘Shri Saraswati Karad Hospital’ in Kothrud, Pune – Inauguration on June 23 by Union Minister Nitin Gadkari

Pune | June 18, 2025 – In a significant stride toward enhancing healthcare services in Pune, the MAEER’s MIT Group of Institutions is set to inaugurate a state-of-the-art 200-bed multi-specialty hospital in Kothrud named ‘Shri Saraswati Karad Hospital (SSKH)’.

The hospital is dedicated to the memory of Late Smt. Saraswati Karad, mother of Prof. Dr. Vishwanath D. Karad, Founder-President of MAEER’s MIT and the World Peace University. Built on the principles of Care, Cure, and Heal, the hospital embodies the philosophy “Serving patients is serving God.”

The grand inauguration of Shri Saraswati Karad Hospital will take place on Monday, June 23, 2025, at 10:30 AM, at its location near Paud Road, adjacent to Vishwashanti Gurukul School in Kothrud.

The event will be graced by Hon’ble Union Minister for Road Transport & Highways, Shri Nitin Gadkari, who will inaugurate the facility.
