Chinchwad, Pune: In a heartwarming and unique gesture, the bravery of the Indian Army was honored through an unconventional medium—a fashion show organized by the Kashish Social Foundation. This one-of-a-kind event paid tribute to the valiant soldiers who avenged the recent cowardly terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir, with the Indian Army’s swift and strategic ‘Operation Sindoor’.
While fashion events often focus on glamor and entertainment, this show broke conventions by blending patriotism with style, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.
‘Miss/Mrs/Mr India Elite’ and ‘Rising Star’ Fashion Show Celebrates Courage
The event, titled Miss/Mrs/Mr India Elite and Rising Star, was hosted at Elpro Mall, Chinchwad, and organized by Kashish Productions in association with Kashish Social Foundation. The brain behind the initiative, Pune’s very own Padman Yogesh Pawar, has been widely recognized for his work in menstrual hygiene awareness across India.
Speaking about the motivation behind this tribute, Pawar said,
“This is not just a fashion show. It’s a salute to the heroes who protect our nation. After personally witnessing the Army’s dedication during our menstrual hygiene campaigns in the border villages of Kashmir, I was deeply moved. This show is our humble effort to honor their courage.”
More than 75 participants from across India, ranging in age from 3 to 55 years, graced the ramp with pride, elegance, and a deep sense of national gratitude.
Eye-Catching Slogans and Patriotic Cheers Uplift the Atmosphere

The venue echoed with chants of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” and “Pakistan Murdabad”, creating an atmosphere filled with patriotic fervor. Guests and viewers were moved to see fashion and nationalism woven together so seamlessly.
