“The response to our songs and trailer has been overwhelming. Our team is fully prepared for release, but releasing alongside six other films makes no sense. We want our film to reach the audience it deserves, and that’s why we chose June 13.”

She further emphasized the need for a regulatory body under the Marathi film corporation or federation to ensure that no more than two or three films are released in a single week.

“Releasing five to seven films at once hurts everyone – the filmmakers, the audience, and the entire Marathi cinema ecosystem,” she said.
